It's 2:14 PM already.It's officially 2010, woohoo. 2009 wasn't a smooth ride for me at all, there were emotional ups and downs almost all the time. But at the end of the day i guess we all learnt our lessons and know not to make the same mistakes in the new year, a new chapter of the book :) I'd like to thank every single person who had been there for me through this rollercoaster ride. Dhschoir, altos, year 3s, comm, fockers, gemma, sarahc, those from 6m who managed to keep in touch after all this while, those who went korea w me and made it an awesome trip (L), and you. Especially. You taught me alot this year. Like really, alot. Thank you for putting up with so much of my nonsense and all tht crap throughout this entire year. Thank you for letting me go a month back, and teaching me the hard way of life. Thank you for giving me that one week, and a few more days to experience what it's like to walk in other people's shoes. Thank you for accepting me back into your life after i've been through so much shit while you were gone. The month of december was the hardest month to get through, ever. I've realised how hard it is to survive with no one by my side. I've realised how hard it had been for you all this while. I've learnt how to make my own choices, take initiatives, admit my mistakes, and everything else i didn't have the courage to do so before. I've also realised that you can't hold on to something too tight, or let it go when you're not careful. It's like a helium balloon: If you hold on to it too tight, the balloon will burst. If you accidentally let it go, it will fly away. But if you hold on to it just right, it'll stay in your hands as long as you want it to. Come to think of it, there were so many ups and downs. June was the best month of my life though, because -censored- ... :) Everything was so perfect, with all the right things at the right time. Unforgettable moments of my life, i swear. The overseas trips during december was memorable too, korea, msia, crazy shopping, crazy camwhoring, everything :) I truly had fun although i was freezing my ass off half the time (but the awesome hot chocolate made up for it!), and it gave me a chance to make up for my mistakes, although there were so many that i'd probably never be able to make up for at all. I admit that i've drifted from many of the closest people last year, but i've made new awesome friends too. Maybe that's what life is like. You don't have all the time in the world for each and every friend, and this is when you have to make choices. Choices like who to spend time with, who to go out with, whose worth keeping, and yadayada. But at the end of the day, i'll just like to thank every single one of you who had been in a chapter of my life, and i hope the coming year will be even better than before :) But since 2009 is over, and with the arrival of 2010, i guess i'll just face the past with a smile, and move on :) Okay, enough of the reminiscing. This is so wordy i applaud you if you've read every single word up till here, hahaha. The next post will be full of photos to make up for the delay in korea and msia pics, alright :) And much less words, promise! Today's the start of a new year. And this year, i'll definitely not make the same mistakes again. I'm going to keep to my new year resolution, i'm really going to :) And like what i told you in the sms, i'm not going to give up.
