Strumming Some Heartstrings

It's hard trying to hide everything when it hurts so much deep inside.
It's like.. A knife through the core of an apple: You can always hide the other side of the sliced off apple when it's just a small part, as long as it's not seen by the person from his/her point of view. But when a knife slices through the center of the apple core (or even before that), you can no longer hide it because no two apples are exactly the same and so no other half of an apple will be able to replace the half that is already sliced off, and in whichever point of view that a person looks at it, it will still be seen no matter what.
